Hello! I’m Caitlin and I am so glad you are here. I absolutely love the mind-body connection and believe that you cannot treat the mind apart from the body and spirit. I believe we often focus on healing physical symptoms without diving into root causes and what is going on inside of us. I am passionate about understanding ourselves as holistic beings made in the image of God, with the belief that our unique life experiences can have a significant impact on us in the here and now, but that Jesus gets the final word and real healing happens through Him.
I use an integrative approach to therapy, using various techniques from CBT, DBT, and positive psychotherapy. This allows me to meet the unique needs of the individuals I work with in a way that best suits their specific goals. I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, life transitions, eating disorders, and more.
I am currently a member of the Association of Biblical Counselors and hold ABC Level 1 Certification. Professional development is something that will always be a part of my practice.
