Becoming a parent is one of life's greatest gifts, however it is not without a breadth of unforseen challenges, emotions, and hurdles. Many parents are surprised by the gap between expectations and reality, and navigating this can be incredibly difficult. I believe every parent deserves to enjoy as much of their journey as caretakers as possible, and I would be honored to assist in guiding today's parents down this path.
I am specially trained in perinatal mental health, and focus my work on the perinatal population (pre-conception, pregnancy, and postpartum) as well as infertility and perinatal loss.
