It’s a human experience to struggle, but you don’t have to carry your own burdens any longer. Although I consider myself a generalist, I specialize in anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma. Regardless of your reasons for seeking therapy, finding the right counselor for you means finding the right professional to help you hold and unpack your struggles, experiences, and vulnerabilities through thoughtful, evidence-based interventions.
My approach to therapy is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space, while working collaboratively with you to explore concerns and barriers that are keeping you from feeling and functioning at your best. Through empathy, trust, authenticity, and (appropriate) humor, I strive to help my clients reach their fullest potential and build the life they deserve.

This group is a great fit for individuals struggling with eating concerns and/or body image issues. An eating disorder diagnosis is NOT required for individuals to be appropriate for this group, but if moderate-severe eating concerns are showing up and/or if you are living with an active eating disorder, engaging in regular individual therapy will be a requirement for participation in this group. Although this group is focused on the relationship between clients bodies and food, other intersecting areas of clients lives (family, self-compassion, anxiety, relationships, etc) will also be explored throughout the group process.
