At Caim Wellness, our ideal client wants to come to therapy to do the work to heal. I have experience in post-traumatic stress, CPTSD, depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, ADHD and more. I have a special focus on childhood and generational trauma in families. I use a wide variety of therapies such as CBT, DBT, IFS, Narrative, Gestalt, Adlerian and more. At this time I accept those 18+
It’s my belief that therapy is a mirror by which we get to see ourselves from a different perspective. My focus is creating a safe environment by which to create a trusted therapeutic relationship can flourish.
