Through this process, I realized that I had s never been alone in my personal issues. Attachment-Based Therapy for those struggling with difficult emotions, anxiety, depression, & relationship trauma - Most of us weren’t taught about emotions or how to care for them. But emotions follow us through our whole life and play an important role in how we relate to ourselves and to other people.
