I am a licensed MFT with offices in Santa Monica and Ojai. For the past twenty + years I have been working as a therapist with adolescents, adults and families. I am also a clinical supervisor to interns in my private practice, and I provide psychotherapy for therapists in training. My work as a therapist focuses on relationships of all kinds. For my clients, I hope to be an agent of positive change by working with them towards an understanding of the dynamics that keep them from moving forward and then by mentoring them to co-create bigger lives for themselves.

I provide Telehealth sessions Mon - Thurs from 10a est - 5p EST. I am focused on working with adults and adolescents. I do not work with couples or children younger than 12. I am trauma and attachment focused. I offer a client-centered, affirming, collaborative, relational approach. I support clients struggling with Trauma, PTSD, and Grief & Loss. I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (somatic trauma therapy) and Board Certified in Art Therapy. I am also LGBTQ allied and am affirming of all sexual, gender and relational identities. I am a Clinical Supervisor and can provide supervision to pre-licensed MFT/ATR trainees.

I believe in giving it to you straight wrapped with warmth and love. I believe we all have the power to make change but sometimes need a little help along the way. I provide individual, couples and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults. I have an array of experience from working to outpatient mental health clinics where I supervised psychology and social work interns to consulting at local schools to coordinating clinical programs. In addition I also enjoy weaving eastern and western philosophies into my practice.

Get relief from pain and find meaning! I grew up in Los Angeles participating in teams sports and musical groups, which made me curious about relationships. This curiosity about relationships continues to inform my approach to psychotherapy. I believe that much emotional pain stems from difficulties in developing or maintaining fulfilling relationships. Therefore, I examine one's relational dynamics, ways of relating, and impact on others. A former professional athlete turned clinician, I received my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. During my time in practice, Ive had the opportunity to work with a diverse client population ranging from 15-50 years of age, addressing a wide range of presenting problems in the clinical setting including but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, Life and Career Transitions, Relationships, Men's Issues, and Trauma.
