My name is Carlos Luna, and I am a licensed clinical social worker. My approach to therapy is strength-based to focus on internal talents and problem-solving skills. I primarily work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and mood dysregulation. My approach to therapy is to create a safe, non-judgmental, open space for the consumer to feel comfortable addressing their troubles and concerns.
