I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various issues/concerns including anxiety, anger, ADHD, behavior management (e.g. defiance and oppositional behavior), depression, divorce/separation, grief, relational problems, parenting, and trauma. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment and work collaboratively with my clients. My goal is to assist my clients in utilizing their strengths to overcome any struggles they might be facing and promote growth.

I am a bilingual (Spanish fluent) Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and for almost 20 years I have provided therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, families, adults, as well as couples with various mental health difficulties. Through my work experience, formal education, & training I have developed an ability to quickly build a healthy therapeutic relationship with clients. I believe it is this relationship that is essential for a therapist to help one overcome their various mental health difficulties. With this help they can then have that chance to realize their true potential.
