Trauma therapy with me provides a supportive space for you to process past distressing events and anxieties in a safe and organized way. I typically work with individual adult clients who are Millennials and Gen Z.

I'm Kelsey Thompson, LMFT (124586), MA and I offer a safe space for therapeutic growth and provide practical solutions to help improve your wellbeing. Just when you think you are getting used to one phase of life, the next one throws you a curve ball. I have worked with a variety of clients within different ages and stages of their life. I believe that the therapeutic process should be individually curtailed to each specific client. My goal as a Christian therapist is to provide a nurturing environment where clients feel safe to explore their lives. Relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues are often areas of clinical focus. My extensive training as a hospital chaplain has provided me with exposure to many difficult situations where pain, grief, and trauma are common to people of all faiths as well as those who do not embrace a particular faith.
