Clients who seek me out are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and/or post-traumatic stress disorder. I am experienced in working with individuals coming from many different ethnic, economic, religious and spiritual backgrounds. Clients coming are seeking to be heard and understood, not judged and condemned. They want to get unstuck and live a full and meaningful life with rich and satisfying relationships.

My ideal client is an adult struggling with anxiety, stress, relationship issues, or depression. They seek a personalized approach, valuing human connection over rigid theories. We collaborate to find the best methods for their concerns and goals, blending psycho-education, skill-building, and processing. They're motivated to explore deeper issues beyond symptom management. As the expert of their own experience, they guide the process while I support and walk alongside them, helping them manage emotions and understand the root of their problems.

The focus of my work is individually with adult females and adolescents. As a provider, I specialize in women's mental health issues. I believe the therapeutic process should be an integrative and collaborative approach toward healing with the recognition that every person has a unique history. I use empathy, compassion, and a sense of humor to build rapport with clients, and also to support clients in feeling empowered on their journey towards a healing space. I utilize a strength-based and cognitive behavioral approach that will assist in the development of an authentic relationship with myself and others.
