I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Marriage Family Therapist in private practice for over 30 years. I work effectively and compassionately with adults of all ages, helping individuals, couples and families heal and grow. My goal is to help people develop into their full potential as rapidly as possible, overcoming problematic symptoms, behaviors, relationship issues and other obstacles interfering with their ability to live healthy, happy, meaningful lives. My approach is client-centered. I help clients who suffer from depression, anxiety and other issues. I have specialty training and numerous certificates in various modalities. I believe people who suffer from depression are dealing with grief and focus treatment accordingly.

Everyone has an inner critic that is demanding, judgmental, and critical of the self. Some have harsher inner critics than others; however, my goal is for my clients to experience less criticism and more curiosity and self-compassion. Self-criticism is debilitating.
