Emotional pain can often be debilitating; however because it is not as tangible as physical pain it is often suppressed or dismissed. Whether it presents itself in the form of anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship issues, emotional pain may be managed by applying the proper means of treatment. In doing so, I use top-down techniques as: Jungian analysis and dream interpretation as well as bottom-up techniques such as: EMDR, brain spotting, and somatic experiencing.
