It is my God-given purpose and destiny to help Christians live in emotional freedom. I chose to become a Christian Therapist because of the body-soul-spirit connection. Along with this, I believe to help individuals achieve long lasting results, all three elements should be treated together in order to bring a person to wholeness. My treatment approach for helping an individual is to assist him/her with looking at symptoms through a holistic lens.

Maybe you are a teenager who feels misunderstood by the adults around you. Maybe you are struggling in your relationships and you feel alone. Maybe you have experienced anxiety or depression and do not know where to turn. Maybe you've gone through a loss. At the core of many problems is the lack of feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. We want to feel we matter.

My experience is in working with clients who feel stuck, people who struggle to finding meaning and purpose in their lives. I have experience working with adults and teens at various stages in their lives but use my practice to cater the needs of each individual. My background in the arts, love of story, and other forms of insight that influence my treatment. You are the driver on our journey together, I am here to help us get through road blocks or help uncover what cannot be seen with the naked eye.

Before I came to America I worked with soccer teams helping their players deal with anxiety, something I still do. Twice per year I return to England so therefore clients who are relatively independent and not in crisis are the best suited to working with me. Consequently, I do have a network of excellent support therapists who work with some of my clients while I am away. Many of my current clients are not sports people, they often have to cope with big work and home pressures. I try to help them locate their inner resources while maintaining a supportive stance throughout our meeting.
