Welcome! I'm Miranda a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My passion is to help others during times of transition (divorce, separation, starting a new career, new school, new relationships, etc). As a team we work to create strong coping skills to manage life's stressors including boundary setting, healthy communication strategies, and stopping negative thought patterns. I utilize other strategies such as art and play therapy to aid in healing and furthering insights into behavioral patterns.

As psychologist, I try to approach you as a whole person in all your psychological and spiritual needs. If you have problems in living, may they be caused by mental illness or extreme stress; together, we will find solutions. I teach you to listen to yourself and use your resources to deal with the difficulties you encounter: like stress, loss, anxiety, worries, depression or hopelessness, and the psychological consequences of medical illness and disabilities. I have worked for many years with individuals, couples, families and youth. Many of those I work with are struggling with transitional life problems and some have long term chronic mental illness. They are all looking to gain greater insight into their challenges and are working toward finding understanding in their interpersonal relationships.
