Sometime you get to a point where you feel really stuck, and unable to figure out how to make a change or how to feel better. Whether its persistent anxiety, sadness, or something else, it can help to figure out what the root of the struggle is about. I like to focus on childhood attachments, passed down generational traumas, and experiences in your life that has laid down patterns that are hard to break out of. Sometimes we need to understand the why, then it's easier to figure out a way through. But you don't have to do that alone, and honestly we weren't made to handle our problems in isolation. Everyone needs support.
