Welcome to our practice! We offer therapy to help with many issues including stress, relationship issues, or deep trauma through our EMDR Treatments. We offer a safe space both telehealth and in person to process what you are struggling with and improve your life. Our group specializes in creating healthy relationships, working through anxiety, depression, getting "unstuck," working through addictions, and healing from trauma. We also have Spanish speaking therapy and accept LA Care.

Chelsea is an integrative Psychotherapist, Psychedelic Assisted Therapist & Complex Trauma Specialist where she practices an integrative psychotherapeutic approach with her clients. As part of her practice, she incorporates a strong clinical approach with Ketamine and Oxytocin Assisted Psychotherapy. Chelsea comes from a background in a Masters in Social Work at the University of Massachusetts, with an emphasis on person-centered growth and a strength-based approach to build on human resilience.

We are often consumed and overwhelmed, with our daily activities that we forget the most important person to care for, which is ourselves. Our Mental Health is so important and often ignored. As humans, we desire to be heard and understood and struggle to express this need. It can be hard to address personal issues, mental health complications, phase of life problems, identity troubles, and relationship issues. Just remember, you are not alone, almost everyone has gone through difficult times in their lives. It's how they're handled that makes the difference. My approach is client centered. Each person is different. It requires their unique experience to guide the therapeutic process. It is within your potential to have a more rewarding and fulfilling quality of life.

My therapeutic style is eclectic, meaning I can pull from a variety of modalities for identifying and treating trauma and its effects, on both the individual, and the family unit. Building rapport is essential because we tend to do our best when we are having fun. I utilize a personal and individual approach to therapy focusing on determining “cause” behind each client’s distress. I also provide group counseling for Anger Management, Domestic Violence and victims, Parenting, Anxiety, Depression, and a group specifically for Church Pastors affected by secondary trauma.

Sometimes we all need a little extra support during tough times. Let me be that support for you. Therapy can be a very scary process for many people. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment for you and to provide you with the tools and resources needed to get through your day to day struggles.
