I have been practicing therapy for over 25 years, so I have a great deal of experience with different kinds of problems/issues, and with different types of clients. Most of the people I see are adults, but I do occasionally see teenagers and children. Many of my clients are having issues with anxiety, depression, relationships, or just the everyday challenges of living. I am a Christian and specialize in Christian counseling, but also have many clients who are not Christians. I enjoy helping people and seeing them improve their lives.

As a licensed clinical psychologist and nationally certified school psychologist, I have experience working with a wide range of childhood and parenting issues. I have worked in schools, clinics, hospitals, research centers, and have also taught at the graduate-level. My approach involves first deeply understanding the multiple aspects of a person's situation and then using research-based treatments and processing to provide support. I am especially interested in helping boys and young men navigate these complicated times along with helping fathers who are interested strengthen their relationship with their children.
