I work with adults and teens. Clients come to me when they are looking to improve their overall sense of well-being -- body, mind and spirit. My treatment approach is non-traditional, and I work with people struggling to feel at home in their bodies and their lives. I help with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, infertility, Lyme Disease, pregnancy/postpartum issues, addictive behaviors, issues specific to Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), the effects of trauma, and people who just feel 'lost' and want to revamp their lives.
