Lisa provides a unique approach of blending Mindfulness-Based techniques; challenging negative thoughts/beliefs (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy/CBT); coping tools/actionable steps; 12-Step Recovery (if applicable); and the exploration of the unconscious mind/childhood trauma/wounds. She trained as a Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapist at the Center for Mindful Living where she learned to incorporate self-compassion as an intricate part of her treatment.
