Hello. My name is Paula Mierzejewski, and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I see children, adolescents and adults up to the age of 65. My specialties are anxiety and depression. I started my practice later in life and believe my life's experiene makes me a better therapist. I used to work in a law firm and developed severe migraines and knew I needed to move onto a new career. So at 57, I started my journey in graduate school and finished when I was 60. What drives me to do this work is that I know how debilitating anxiety and depression are.

My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a safe environment to explore feelings, difficulties, coping skills, passions and personal goals. The goal of each therapy session is to assess and build insight, motivate and encourage with the ultimate goal to empower you to live a happy, successful, fulfilled life.

I have a passion for helping people transform their lives. I enjoy working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA2s+, Neuro-Divergent,2E,Hsp's & Couples. I work with people who are anxious, overthinkers,empaths, depressed, neuro diverse, adoptees, and creatives. I help people who struggle with setting boundaries, emotional regulation, relationship conflicts, and putting their needs first. I work with people going through life transitions, & are tired of being stuck and misunderstood by themselves and others. I help people understand how their behavior is connected to their thoughts, feelings, past experiences, mood & actions.

After spending several years as an educator, I earned my MFT and opened Falcone Institute, a holistic psychoeducational and psychotherapeutic practice. I provide an individualized, heart-centered, and intuitive approach to healing and learning through complementary and alternative methodologies. My expertise and ability to ‘see’ and acknowledge each child’s and family’s specific needs provides a ray of hope for client families.

Maddy Sober provides individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and young adults. Maddy also serves as a Clinical Supervisor and the Director of Operations for the Mind Health Institute, Orange County. Maddy is a diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies and a Certified CBT Therapist who is currently a doctoral student working toward a Ph.D. in Counseling. Maddy works with a broad range of mental health issues and is committed to providing the highest level of care. Maddy is recognized for her creativity and commitment in tailoring her approach to the individualized needs of her clients.

Maryam Goudarzi has over ten years of clinical experience in the mental health field. Her areas of focus include Anxiety, depression, stress, Attention deficits (ADD/ADHD), PTSD, issues of loss and grief, serious mental health disorders, substance abuse/ dependence, and relationship and family issues. She treats children, adolescents, and adults in individual, couple, and family therapy. In addition, she has over five years of neuroscience experience, as she is trained and specializes in Neurofeedback with a variety of therapeutic approaches.
