It seems that whenever, and in whatever ways we are suffering, we have become stuck in a pattern that reflects a limited sense of ourselves, having lost track of who we are meant to be. Through use of a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, together we find ways to create a greater sense of wholeness and inner freedom.

It is difficult to walk into someone's office and immediately trust the therapist and allow yourself to be vulnerable. It is very important to help instill calmness and trust for clients in the first few sessions. I like to treat the initial crisis situation to get it under manageability and proceed from there to the immediate issues that created the crisis situation. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help and I applaud you for asking and I am here to help. This profession is my passion.

I have an eclectic approach to therapy, working with my clients within the time and space that they are in while providing guidance and empathetic listening. I enjoy working with individuals and couples who need to reduce their angst and increase their enjoyment of life, themselves, and one another. I work with clients one-on-one or as a couple. My specialty is couples; however, I enjoy doing individual self-development work as well as behavior and crisis management. Working to ensure individuals fully maximize their individual potential. I believe communication is the base for a full, intimate, and engaging relationship.
