One of my primary career objectives is help people helping themselves. I see Psychotherapy as a powerful tool for self-assistance and personal growth. My primary mission as psychotherapist is to encourage and assist people in finding ways to solve their emotional problems and develop more effective coping skills to deal with their issues. Through therapy people may find help to improve self-esteem, obtain self-confidence that promote a better quality life. Additionally, people may work on interpersonal relationship issues, fears, emotional conflicts, and traumas.

Currently not accepting new clients. My services help promote hope and wellness. I have a special passion for working with individuals and couples struggling with relationship issues and intimacy. Specific areas include mismatched desire, healing from sexual abuse, infidelity, as well as problems related to mood, trauma, and anxiety. My therapeutic style is characterized by warmth, empathy, and a caring yet direct approach. I have specialized training in treating substance abuse, work relations, and work problems. I also have training in Christian Education/Spirituality and when appropriate will include those principals.

I can address any mental health issue that may arise, help with coping skills, depression, anxiety, bipolar d/o, ADHD, and relational issues, to name a few. In conjunction with the client, a treatment plan and goals are developed, strengths are built on and "new tools are added to their toolbelts".

I have 25 years of experience with trauma with adults, children and adolescents assisting them to process their trauma, learn to cope with symptoms that interfere with their lives and learn to live a healthy life and accomplish their dreams and goals. I offer family therapy and couples counseling in my practice.

Dr. Holli Stewart has multiple specialties in Psychology with two Masters, PHD & 30 years of experience. w/children as young as 2 years, teens, adults & couples. Her specialties include: Play Therapy, PTSD, ADHD, Anxiety w/ Panic, Family conflict (such as past or current abuse, domestic violence, & reunification), Depression, Chronic Pain, & OCD. In general self esteem, life transition skills & identifying patterns that contribute to current stressors are incorporated into care. Dr Stewart also treats anger substance & co-dependency. She’s written a psychological advice column for 24 years,taught classes and many news & radio shows.

I have dedicated myself over the last decade to providing efficient, empathetic, and supportive services to countless clients with various needs and circumstances from differing backgrounds and of various ages. I have worked with children in the foster system, teens on probation, babies and parents struggling with attachment, victims of domestic violence, older adults with memory loss, individuals of all ages diagnosed with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities and countless other mental health needs in various social/family/ environmental circumstances. I have over a year experience in providing therapy via Telehealth.
