What many of my clients share is a search to connect with a deeper understanding of themselves both as humans and, for some, as spiritual beings. Among them are international Angelenos and transplants, numerous creatives, healers, artists, writers and non-conventional people longing to heal, find new meaning, and re-connect with their inner wisdom and joy. I provide therapy in English, Spanish, and German.

Beginning therapy can feel intimidating. Finding the right therapist, a daunting task. I aim to support you with all aspects of the therapeutic experience while co-creating your treatment. My goal in therapy is to support you by creating a safe, affirming space to communicate your needs. My therapeutic style is focused on creating a sex positive, culturally humble place for growth. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community and related challenges faced by being LGBTQ+.

We all have the capacity to heal. Whether you have experienced the loss of a relationship, trauma, or any other difficult life event, or have struggled with low self-esteem, anxiety, or depression, therapy is a place to heal and uncover the light within you. Through therapy, I believe that each person has the ability to develop a loving and compassionate relationship with oneself as well as develop more loving and trusting relationships with others.

We understand that it is difficult to find a therapist you can actually connect to - someone who is both effective and human. That is why our therapists strive for this balance, providing authentic and effective therapy. We work collaboratively with people to detail their future hopes and honor the histories that inform their current experiences and relationships. Our goal is to not only effectively reduce symptoms, but also to facilitate the creation of a strong relationship with yourself and your inner world. Therapy can be a transformative experience when it is co-created and tailored to each individual, couple, or family.

Starting therapy is a huge step and finding the right therapist is important. I love being able to work with clients as they establish goals, build a self-care routine, and improve their overall mental health. People come to therapy for many reasons, but being able to have someone help navigate your thoughts and feelings and building compassion for yourself in this journey is so important. Helping clients with symptoms of depression, anxiety, new stages in life, and not to mention living through a global pandemic, can cause a lot of distress and challenges. Therapy can help manage all those stressors.

I like to be real with people. I find the best way to work with individuals and couples is to be present, ask the right questions, and give honest feedback. Whether you are coming to therapy for personal growth, a relationship or family issue, healing from loss, past trauma, or anything else, I want to explore who you are, how your life experiences have affected you and your relationships, ways in which those experiences keep replaying themselves, and how to get you out of the cycle. My approach is to provide a comfortable and real space to talk, explore and work on feeling better.
