Hello, I'm M. Cristina Solanet, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I specialize in providing comprehensive therapeutic services to the clients I work with. Many of us have come to a point where we can benefit from additional professional support. As a first generation Latinx, I know first hand the unique strength and resilience it takes to navigate life changes in an ever evolving world. My years of training and real-life experience in developing resilience has led me to be passionate and committed to helping others find their resilience within.

I am open-minded, empathetic, and unconventional in my approach from years of experience in working with clients and families in community mental health based settings. Since 2013 I have had a wide range of experience working with a variety of clients including severe and persistently ill, dual-diagnosis/substance use disordered, homeless, and at-risk transitional-aged populations on their path to recovery.

Life's challenges, including struggles with self-esteem, personal identity, relationships, existential anxiety, and trauma often leave us feeling overwhelmed and uncertain. I offer support to navigate these difficulties, helping you regain hope and strength. In a nonjudgmental therapeutic environment, we explore your experiences, concerns, and goals. Together, we examine the past to illuminate present challenges, fostering problem-solving skills for interpersonal situations while maintaining self-respect and positive relationships.
