Welcome, my name is Dr. Victoria Bloom, PsyD PSY 30561. After a deep dive into understanding your situation and who you are, I call upon a variety of therapeutic tools tailored to work best for you. My aim is to provide a safe environment where clients feel heard, seen, accepted, and supported, and safely challenged when it is of benefit. I have been very effective in helping people find relief from anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as improving the quality of their life and relationships. I provide a thorough assessment followed by a collaboratively developed treatment plan to effectively address your individual situation. My Goal is to treat you as a whole person - biological, psychological, relational and spiritual. Often talk therapy alone will not be as effective as it could be when combined with appropriate adjunctive treatment(s) and I will refer you to the appropriate specialist(s) or resources when needed.

My name is Jake Stowell, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Costa Mesa, California at Journeys Counseling Ministry. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. Much of my experience has been with minors and adult men who struggle with issues including addiction, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, divorce, grief, and trauma. Counseling takes many forms, as it is important to tailor treatment to each person or family's needs. An "ideal" patient is an individual who is motivated to improve their quality of life and end unnecessary suffering. Someone who is willing go through temporary emotional pain in order to help end their long-term or permanent state of suffering. I provide supportive therapy services to clients struggling with all kinds of issues, and all different levels of functioning. Whether you have several issues you wish to process in just a few sessions with an objective ear, or you have just been released from higher psychiatric levels of care, I have space and availability for you. I am very flexible sometimes seeing clients online or in person, sometimes once per month or once per week. Carol Alexander is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. Carol is passionate about helping people who are experiencing difficulties associated with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, panic disorders, dependency, infidelity and relationship issues. Having overcome life-altering losses of her own has given Carol a deep understanding and insight into the emotions that can accompany life’s challenges.
