We specialize in working with children, adults, families who are dealing with issues of sexual abuse and/or other forms of trauma. Our staff works with people of all ages struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma histories, relationship issues, couples and family therapy. We are able to provide sliding scale treatment by utilizing our ACSW clinicians who are working on finishing their hours to be fully licensed therapists. All staff are supervised weekly by a licensed therapist with over 25 years experience. We provide in- person therapy in our Walnut Creek office and also provide telehealth.

I can't imagine getting much out of only hearing “uh-huh" or the overly used, “how does that make you feel?”. Therapy is most effective when it's a conversation. Occasional use of humor and swearing can help create an uncensored and honest therapeutic relationship. I work well with people who experience anxiety, depression, or those who are having a difficult time connecting and communicating with their partner(s). Patterns are difficult to break whether they are behavioral or having the same conversations over and over again; I’m here to help break and establish a new pattern.
