Sessions often focus on building coping skills and strategies to deal with every day issues that can at times diminish the quality of life we have. Let’s be honest, life is often a struggle. We go through hardships in our relationships, at work, school, home, and within ourselves. Some experience depression, anxiety or trauma, while others struggle to understand or accept who they are. That being said, life is also amazing and can be full of beautiful moments and experiences. The difficulty lies when our struggles get in the way of being able to enjoy those good moments. Greetings, I'm Diamante! I am a bilingual Spanish/English licensed clinical social worker in both New York and Texas having worked in the mental health field since 2008.
