Dr. Holly George is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist in California (PSY 34624). She earned her PsyD from the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium, an APA-accredited program, and completed an APA-accredited clinical internship in neuropsychology at Harvard Medical School/Cambridge Health Alliance. Dr. George also completed two years of specialized postdoctoral training in neuropsychology.

Welcome! I am an Anxiety Specialist and ADHD coach working with adults living in California and New York. Individuals in my practice with ADHD tend to struggle with procrastination and task completion across the board (e.g. work, home, friends, relationships, self-care, etc.), and thus tend to feel like they are not functioning as an "adult.” Things that may feel simple to other people are often not simple at all for people with ADHD, and this can be a huge source of shame.
