Maybe you find yourself a little (or a lot) lost, not yourself, or restless, wondering what's going on + what to do about it. You dream to reconnect to a vitality that seems to have left the room. Midlife, for instance, can be minimized or spoken of flippantly, but brings unique opportunities for profound transformation in identity + living when we are open to diving deeper into our external/internal worlds + risk shedding old skin that no longer fits us. A therapy relationship can be a powerfully healing, transformative space when you feel safe, heard, + valued. You + I work to make a place to let go, grieve, explore, + try on.

You are not broken. It is human to feel loss, sadness, anger, fear, or unworthiness. Recent advances in neuroscience can help us understand why we feel stuck, sad, stressed, scared or alone. When we begin to understand the implicit/unconscious feelings/beliefs that automatically run inside of us we begin a journey that can lead to more awareness, and therefore to more choice in our lives. The hardest part of this journey is the first step; to make your growth a priority enough to tolerate the discomfort of facing what isn't working.

Are you at a point where change feels impossible despite your best efforts? You’re not alone. Many of us face crossroads where the weight of our past, pressures from work, and the expectations of others keep us stuck in cycles of behavior that no longer serve us. You are feeling exhausted from coping with stress that you think you are handling "okay", but it just feels like groundhog day... wash. rinse. repeat. You are ready to FEEL you are handing things well. You are ready to feel relief and a sense of hope that comes from knowing "I got this!"

Stress levels are skyrocketing, leaving many feeling overwhelmed and inadequate. Despite efforts to maintain composure, the inner critic amplifies feelings of insufficiency, making true balance seem out of reach. For too many, chronic stress has become debilitating, transforming exhaustion into a constant state. The pursuit of happiness feels futile as settling for discontent becomes the norm. If you're weary of neglecting your own needs for the sake of others, know this: you deserve better. It’s time to prioritize your well-being. Don’t let another day pass in the shadow of stress. It’s time for a change.

British in origin, my passion is people, it always has been. I recognize entering into therapy can make us feel vulnerable, but within that vulnerability emerges great strength to pursue that need for change within us. My work is predominantly trauma-focused and emphasizes on gaining personal insight into how certain life events can affect our behavioral, emotional and physical well-being.

Does this sound familiar? You spend your days providing for everyone else - your kids, your partner, your boss, your friends or family. Constantly tending to the needs and expectations of others, all the while feeling resentment and overwhelm build because said needs and expectations have become too much for you manage. Sure, on the outside you’re doing is fine. Maybe even better than fine! Perhaps you have everything you thought you wanted…but when you take a moment to pause and examine your life you’re left wondering “is this it" and "If it is…why do I feel so overwhelmed and disconnected?”

Hi! Thank you for checking out my profile! I hope you'll feel welcome to reach out to me if it looks like we might be a good fit for one another. I use a liberatory approach in my practice. This means we'll work collaboratively to go beyond symptom relief, exploring practices for individual well-being that also support collective liberation. My work is rooted in many decades of contemplative practice and I have a special interest in Buddhist Psychology that often shows up in the therapy room.

Losing a pet can be devastating—whether you’re facing an imminent goodbye, coping with the shock of an unexpected loss, or struggling with guilt, regret, or sadness after they've gone. We often feel lonely in our grief. Others may not understand, or expect us to move on more quickly than we do with a human loss. It’s okay to grieve deeply for the animals who filled our lives with unconditional love. If you’re finding it hard to process your loss, or you just need a compassionate ear from someone who gets it, I’m here to help. Together, we can honor your beloved pet's memory while working through the pain of their absence.

Receiving therapy should no longer be a taboo. Confiding in others and receiving professional help is something we all do in many facets of our life. Most of us see a doctor or go get our car fixed when we have issues with our physical health or a tire is loose, so why not see a therapist to help improve our mental health? Therapy can also be preventative. Why wait before issues feel too far out of reach?
