Hello, my name is Mike De Jesus. I use an integrative and person-centered approach, which means you set the pace in your therapy. This includes integrating multiple approaches such as trauma informed, solution focused, cognitive behavioral, and psychodynamic. My focus is to provide support for people so they can find healing and identify their inner strengths. I provide various strategies for processing trauma in addition to using traditional talk therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
