I specialize in Couples and Families in all stages of Addiction, "Discovery" (the slow process of becoming aware that drugs or alcohol are destructive) and Recovery. I also work w/ newly retired men and aging family members.
My plan in "Old fashioned therapy" is to get back to the basics. I prefer to use traditional models like Redecision Therapy, Strategic Family and Cognitive Therapy models. Mostly I simply sit, talk, laugh and think carefully about where you are and where you want to be.
