I am board certified through the National Board of Certified Counselors and a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. To support meeting your goals, I specialize in Therapy Intensives to fast-track healing. This therapeutic and informative support group is open to any mother (NJ residents only) with a newborn (1 to 12 weeks), whether it's your first or your fifth. For six consecutive weeks, we will gather and focus on a different topic and explore what the "experts" have to say as well as share our own experiences and resources. Group members will also have time to support each other in this nurturing and safe space. Our virtual setting allows for your comfort and convenience and babies are always welcome on screen at your discretion.
