I use a hybrid mindfulness-based and psychodynamic approach to help clients develop a healthier relationship with their own thinking to address unprocessed emotions and traumas, and begin taking more healing, nourishing and transformative actions in their lives.
Sessions always begin with the client’s most pressing concerns. First we identify helpful strategies to immediately reduce suffering where possible, then we begin looking more deeply at the client’s lived experience to better understand the underlying causes of that suffering.
