My practice is built on the desire to help individuals and couples create lasting relationships and firm foundations for the future. Life happens! Children grow up and marriages struggle. You go through transitions where old skills need revising and new skills need to be built. I enjoy working with couples to develop healthy, committed relationships. Research supports the earlier you seek help when you feel disconnected or are having increased levels of conflict, the better the chances of healing and growth for the relationship. Premarital counseling can set you up for success from the beginning.

Another area of specialty for me involves grief, loss, and stress related to helping aging parents. In my 6 years working as a Bereavement Coordinator with Hospice, it was my privilege to walk with patients and their families through these tough times. Make sure to get the support you need.
