It is not the obstacles we face that define us, but how we work through those obstacles. Having coached youth sports for over 15 years I have learned how to help athletes overcome the obstacles they face. I am now bringing those experiences to help men and boys work through their day to day life obstacles.
I utilize a variety of techniques to work alongside you to get through any obstacle. I often practice Gestalt formation which focuses on the whole process of action, emotion, thought, and interaction between you, your context, immediate experience and awareness in the here-and-now in order to restore balance in your life.
I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and CPT trained, and Gottman Level I and level II certified for couples therapy. A few of the area’s I am comfortable working in are anxiety and depression, trauma, Grief, emotional and behavioral Issues, adolescent issues, addiction, sports Enhancement, infidelity, and sexual Orientation.
