Groups
Fury's Embrace: Women Embracing their Anger
This is a twelve week 90 minute group starting in June 2nd (pending minimum enrollment) for women to learn about their anger, create an intentional relationship with their anger and find safety in the expression of their anger. We will be using art, movement, song and writing in the process in addition to handouts and practices between the sessions. The course is sliding scale $750-900 and payment plans can be made.

DBT
This group will begin June 5th (pending minimum enrollment). Sessions will be 90 minutes 1x weekly and it generally takes 6 months to engage all relevant course material. This is a skills based group for individuals experiencing challenges in emotion regulation and interpersonal relationships. The group will be capped at 8 participants and there will be rolling availability based on occupancy. There is a pre-group individual orientation to attend as well.
