With almost a decade of experience working with clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life changes – I am confident psychotherapy can prompt us to discover new ways to deal with life’s difficult days.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with folks who have/are experiencing trauma. Most notably, I worked in NYC when it was the epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic. For some folks, they needed an existential approach to therapy. Others, a more somatic one. Despite enduring a collective trauma, recovery looks different for each person.
Informed by what I have witnessed clients achieve through psychotherapy, I believe we can utilize your strengths to create change and help you reach your goals. I am currently taking new patients with weekday availability. Consultation calls are free and available upon request.
