Hey, I'm Brynn! I'm originally from Louisville, Kentucky and have lived in Colorado for the last 3 years. I wanted to become a therapist because I have sat in the client chair and know how impactful a positive therapeutic experience can be. I use a variety of treatment modalities including EMDR, DBT, CBT, MI, and ACT. I take a collaborative approach to therapy and will ask for feedback from my clients to indicate what is working or not working for them in order to reach their goals.
I approach therapy from a client centered, collaborative, and strengths-based perspective. I like to teach clients tangible skills they can take with them and implement outside of session, while providing a safe space for processing and healing. I tailor my approach depending on what strategies work best for each client I work with.
