Many of my clients come to me having worked on thier “same old patterns” in the past & while they've found some measure of relief, they still find themselves caught in cycles they can’t break & are experiencing distressing symptoms they can't seem to shake. Those patterns often involve include unresolved issues with food & the body, up's & down's with mood &, challenges in relationships. Because difficulty w/ food, body & mood look different for each client, depending on the day or season of life they are in, I provide individualized, tailored expertise in a space that’s affirming, genuine, & wholly focused on my clients' healing.
My specific areas of expertise include: eating disorders, disordered eating & mood related challenges such as anxiety, trauma & depression. I am an approachable, direct & relational style therapist who prioritizes a safe & supportive therapuetic relationship.
While I specialize in eating, body and mood challenges, I also often work w/ people who are in a season of life where they are experiencing more emotion than can be managed alone.
