My therapeutic approach is integrative and holistic with a heavy focus on person-centered theory as I want the client to be the one in charge of their change. My role as the counselor is to support each person in the discovery of their own true potential as they achieve their own goals through self-empowerment, self-awareness, and self-acceptance.
I have over 5 years of experience in the mental health field with focuses on psychosis, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, career guidance, life transitions, and crisis intervention. I have worked primarily with adolescents and young adults, but I am open to all ages. I am a great listener and I enjoy working with people from all cultural backgrounds.
