As your therapist my job is to support, empower and accompany you on your journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery. I work with a range of concerns from anxiety and overwhelm to couples relationship challenges, low self-esteem, identity issues and PTSD. My holistic and integrative approach combines talk therapy with mind/body attunement and self-compassion. Additionally, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (E.M.D.R) therapy and Somatic Experiencing.
