Welcome! I believe in reducing emotional pain, resolving relationship struggles, and improving coping skills. I offer both long-term modalities as well as brief, solution-oriented approaches - and am confident that my therapy approach can be pleasurable, precise, and quickly effective.
I enjoy working with diverse individual clients in terms of backgrounds and presenting issues. Working with motivated and ready-to-work individuals allows us to progress quickly in terms of meeting your goals (even if you're not exactly sure what they are yet). I work with adults and also children (around 10 y/o or so) and I have special expertise with teens
Some therapists get to know clients before diving in, but I dive in to get to know clients. This means we'll get a good and thorough overall picture of where you're at and what you're struggling with, and in the process of updating me and starting to explore issues together you'll get to learn my style and how I support clients effectively.
