I don't really have an ideal client as I am open to working with anyone who is willing to work with me. I have a wide variety of experiences and enjoy working with people. I do like working with people who are engaged and ready to work on issues.
I am a retired Army counselor who received a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Maine in Orono in 2007. I have been working in the mental health field since 1979 and am currently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Certified Clinical Supervisor.
I am ready to work with you to start your journey to your best life. What does that look like and let's do the work to get you on that path. I am trained in CBT, DBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Eye Movement and Desensitization Therapy (EMDR).
