Hi! I am a counselor licensed in Washington state with 15 years of pre and post graduate experience. I am open and believe in unconditional acceptance and non-judgement. I am a good fit for you if you're interested in finding solutions and feeling empowered to heal your past and step into your personal power. I believe we are all capable of leading lives free from the layers of programming and trauma virus that has been downloaded into our system.
My counseling style is solution focused and instructional. I focus on LGBTQ+ issues to include SOGIE and relationships (open/poly/asexual, etc) I have many years of experience working with neurodivergent individuals who feel misunderstood in both romantic and professional relationships. I specialize in burnout both relational and corporate.
I believe in non-judgment and I will never take a side in your struggle. I am here to support and talk you through the hard things. I also hope to get you to the point, with some new tools, to not need my services over a period of time by empowering you from within.
