I am always deeply honored when someone trusts me to create space and walk alongside them in their journey to understand themselves and the world around them in a way that feels authentic and life giving. I believe that you are the expert concerning your life, and my job is to collaborate with you to help you achieve your goals and make some sense of the world and your place in it.
I am a holistic clinician, which means I don’t follow a typical medical model of mental health. My goal is to help you navigate and process your life through the lens of understanding that many of the things which hinder you, are a result of difficult experiences and circumstances, rather than diagnosable, inescapable illness.
I try to maintain a posture of curiosity that allows me to meet people where they are without judgement. I am open to all humans, from all backgrounds, cultures, ethnicities, and belief systems.
