I’m trained in models (e.g., Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment, Mindfulness Based) that help you create a different relationship with anxiety, depression, trauma, or addiction. I have extensive experience with the LGBTQ+ community and enjoy working with all types of people. My goal is to offer the care and skill that I would want in therapy.
I know what it’s like to live with a trauma history; with anxiety, depression, life changes; with self criticism and doubt. And I have worked with hundreds of individuals and couples around these issues. We’ve tapped into their courage, insight, and creativity to create new ways of living.
