Since 1986, I have specialized in working with male and female survivors of sexual abuse and trauma, as well as addiction . I am Executive Director of TakingBackOurselves. (www.takingbackourselves.org) , a resource for survivors of sexual abuse and assault dedicated to empowering survivors of sexual trauma. I work in the therapy process to provide the challenge, balance, and support for men and women to do their work with courage and dignity, with hope and a sense of humor..
Specializing in working with survivors of trauma, my goal is to be relational and interactive with deep respect for your boundaries and pace using bodywork, EMDR, body and mind fullness--and empowerment. As Executive Director of TakingBackOurselves.org. I am dedicated to empower survivors of sexual trauma with all of these modalities to create community.
I utilize EMDR, the body, and authentic movement in the work, but basically the most important thing i bring to the work is over 30 years of experience, timing, humor, and respect.
