There are times to cope and there are times to heal. I am passionate about helping clients “do the work” of healing past wounds, limiting mindsets, and whatever else keeps them from being as healthy, whole and happy as possible. I believe in being gentle with one’s self especially in the work of healing. My desire is to help clients work WITH their internal system to move toward greater internal harmony which I believe gives them access to more of their personal power, happiness and freedom.
Through various modalities, I support clients in identifying, exploring and bringing resolution to issues that impact their sense of self including their relationship with Self, others, and the broader world/Creation/God.
I practice what I preach. I was in therapy before I decided to join the field and continue to seek therapy as a useful support. Having been to those dark and scary places in my personal journey allows me to be an empathetic and empowered companion to my clients.
