Women's Group
For adult women who address challenges they experience with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and/or difficulties in their relationships. The Women’s group provides an opportunity to explore, develop insight and grow within the safety of a group. The group is ongoing and new members are welcome to join. Group therapy can be used as the main treatment approach or used along with individual therapy, as these interventions stimulate growth in different but complementary ways.
