My name is Brooke Stewart-Hardin, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Licensed in the state of California. I work with clients statewide via Telehealth. I have over ten years of experience working as a Psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, issues with grief, and life transitions. I also have helped parents with children with behavioral issues.
My approach to therapy varies based on each individual client that I work with. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focus Therapy as these therapies help the client and I develop an understanding of how their thoughts affect their behaviors and what the client desires to change and obtain with their own lives.
My communication style is warm, personable, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with dignity, respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I want my clients to feel comfortable talking with me about anything, as I am able to provide an unbiased ear.
